We use the Avaros Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, which is encrypted, secure, and password-protected. Access to patient records is limited to licensed physicians and authorized clinic staff involved in providing your care.
All staff are trained in confidentiality and privacy procedures.

• Provide medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
• Book appointments and coordinate referrals
• Bill services through OHIP or for privately paid services where applicable
